One of the visions of MY GENERATION NETWORK is to empower and build the younger generation of people in Africa and beyond. This arm of MGNETWORK is a program called, IYS [invasion youth summit] and it is basically for the leaders of today and tomorrow.

The IYS is a one-of-a-kind program where young activists and young people generally come together to meet , strategize, network, learn about our common struggles , be inspired by music, meet new people, have fun and learn new things.

THE PURPOSE;

The purpose / vision of the summit [the first of its kind] is to build strong youth leaders, inspire and empower them to go and invade their planet for God.

Many young men and women are lost and can’t find their way, many are devastated, depressed, and frustrated by past experiences and terrible present predicament and situations.

THE INVASION YOUTH SUMMIT 2006 is the first of its kind and the vision is to

Empower a generation to become who they are called to be in God’s plans and purposes.
To expand their vision, their calling, their capacity and their influence by learning from ROLE MODELS.
To lead the global invasion that has begun! etc

They are going to be bombarded by awesome, inspirational, and motivational words from seasoned speakers and ROLE MODELS, music and dance, varieties, forum for issues affecting youths in our society and the world, Etc……….

Electives include > career talk > AIDS awareness > one on one with a role model > conflict resolution > music and dance > relationship and sex > investment opportunities for young people in Nigeria > young entrepreneurship > Open forum, etc ..............................................
